Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
Yes, we work by appointment to ensure that each bride has our full attention and ample time to explore our expansive collection with the help of a dedicated stylist.
How long is a typical bridal appointment?
Appointments last 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore different gowns, discuss your preferences, and find the dress that fits your vision.
What is the price range for gowns at your salons?
In our Oakbrook salon, gowns range from $2,500 to $7,000. In our Chicago salon, gowns range from $4,000 to $20,000.
How many guests can I bring to my bridal appointment?
You can bring up to four guests who are important to your decision. We recommend keeping your group small to ensure a focused and enjoyable experience.
Is there a fee for bridal appointments?
There is no fee for the initial appointment. However, if you need more than two visits to select your gown, a $100 charge will apply for each additional visit, which will go towards the cost of your gown.
What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up, a $50 fee will apply.
What is your alterations process?
Alterations begin 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding, with three fittings scheduled. Our expert seamstresses ensure the perfect fit for your gown. Alterations are only available for gowns purchased from our salons.
Can I schedule my alterations appointments ahead of time?
Yes, we encourage scheduling your alterations 6 to 9 months before your wedding to secure availability. Alterations appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

DURING YOUR BRIDAL APPOINTMENT
Here are some quick tips that will help you know what to expect from your appointment with us.
- We will work together for 90 minutes.
- Your bridal stylist will introduce you to our full collection and work with you to find the gown that encompasses everything you’ve been searching for.
- Our stylists will be completely respectful of your budget while showing you the options we have in your preferred price range. In our Oakbrook salon, we range from $2,500 – $7,000 and in Chicago we range from $4,000 – $20,000.
- This is a BIG moment so please bring those who are important to your decision, but keep in mind that as a boutique seating is limited to 4 guests per bride.
- Please be aware that a credit card is required to hold the appointment. There is no fee for your initial appointment, however we kindly ask for 24-hour notice of cancellation. In cases where an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, or the guest does not arrive for the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Should you require more than two visits to select your gown, there will be a $100 charge for each subsequent visit which will go towards the cost of your gown.
- We strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere before your appointment with us. We have the most expansive inventory, so we want to make sure your time with us is productive and that we can focus on gowns that will be strong contenders for you. If we take the whole appointment to nail down your likes and dislikes, we won’t even be able to scratch the surface of the gowns you might love. Prior to visiting us, take some time to figure out what silhouette you feel best in and some design elements that you like on your body and share those images with your stylist!
